These SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging program operated by SaaSassins. They explain who sends the messages, what kinds of messages you can expect, how to opt in and opt out, and how we handle the mobile information you give us. By checking the SMS consent box on our post-checkout intake form, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Enrolling in the SMS program is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing PolishPoint or any other SaaSassins product or service. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The sender of all messages under this program is SaaSassins, LLC, a software development studio. SaaSassins builds custom software that businesses own outright through a one-time fee — including PolishPoint, our productized, one-time-fee software deployment.
Text messages are dispatched through our SMS service provider, Twilio, under an A2P 10DLC (application-to-person) registered messaging program. Messages will identify SaaSassins as the sender. Questions about the program can be directed to hello@saasassins.com.
If you opt in, SaaSassins will send you recurring automated text messages related to your account and your project. These messages may include:
This is a customer-care and account-notification program. It is not a marketing or promotional advertising program.
You opt in to the SMS program after you complete checkout. On the post-checkout intake form, check the SMS consent box and make sure the phone number you enter in the form’s support phone field is a mobile number that can receive text messages. The SMS program uses that same support phone number — there is no separate text-messaging number field. The consent language on the form reads:
“Text me updates: I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SaaSassins at the phone number above (onboarding updates, account notifications, and support). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
The SMS box is unchecked by default and sits apart from the other intake fields. You must affirmatively check it to enroll, and you should provide a text-capable mobile number so that messages can reach you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any SaaSassins product or service, and you can complete your purchase and onboarding without opting in. By checking the box and providing a number, you confirm that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the stage of your onboarding, your account activity, and any support requests you make. There is no fixed number of messages per period.
SaaSassins does not charge a fee to participate in the SMS program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and your plan. You are responsible for any such charges. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive automated text messages from this program; you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

The SMS program is available across major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and many regional and smaller carriers. Carrier participation and availability may change without notice and are outside of our control.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
We treat the information you provide for the SMS program with care. The mobile information you share to opt in — including your phone number and your consent — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use your phone number only to operate this messaging program and to provide the onboarding, account, and support communications described above.
We do share necessary data with the service providers that make the program work — for example, Twilio, which transmits the messages on our behalf — solely so they can deliver the service. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the program, our service providers, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
